The satellite installation went very smoothly; overall it took about 1hr and 20 minutes!

The engineer (Justin) answered any queries that I had, my main concern was the weather, as the area I live in is sometimes prone to some extreme conditions, but I've not had any problems using the system when the weather has been extreme.

Justin also outlined what satellite I was connected to, the location of it and how the system works, which was very helpful and useful.

Once the system was installed and the modem set up he also showed me how to configure the pc onto the ethernet connection and gave me a demonstration of the system.

Overall from the installation to the demonstration, everything went really smoothly, all questions I had where answered and I was very pleased with the system.

From using the system for the past few weeks now, it has enable me to do so much more, which I couldn't achieve due to being on a modem!

You don't need to do anything as once the system is connected it's all automatic when you start your pc, which is a good point for someone who maybe is not IT literate!

Other than that I'm very happy with it and wouldn't swap it for the world!
