This it to confirm that your engineer installed a S2 Satellite system to our NCE offices in Gloucestershire on the 13th of June.

I have to complement you on your engineer's work - he, arrived on time, did a great job with the minimum of fuss & ensured all was working properly before leaving. Also very polite & tidy. There were problems relating to our WiFi connection which he also attempted to resolve before leaving – for which I was very grateful.

Speed has been good, and certainly 10x a standard Modem is no exaggeration. I can now link into the US office network with ease & have access sensibly to all the systems there.

The support & service to date has been faultless & we are all enjoying the benefits of Broadband.
