How does satellite broadband work?
The latest high speed internet satellite solutions are now genuinely bi-directional using the latest DVB-RCS system which obsoletes earlier attempts at bi-directional systems. The satellites delivering this advanced service are in geostationary orbit (stationary relative to the earth i.e. rotating with it) and directed at all of Western Europe providing the same high speed internet solution in all of the European Union, irrespective of where you are located.
