Our Not-Spot is a residential centre of young people from disadvantaged communities in South Wales. We offer them recreational activities in a safe environment. Providing a brief holiday to people who many never have the chance again. the internet connection is important for staff to access whilst providing these facilities. Enabling us to plan and communication with a base in RCT.

Static Caravan
I'm on the coast of Northern Ireland in a static caravan & I'm lost without internet. There is no mobile or landline available for broadband. Need fast broadband for all my computer needs.

Home office
The house is 8kn from the exchange, is the very last property and connected by overhead copper. BB speeds are at best 1.2 meg and in afternoon/early evening non exisitent! Houseboat
We live on a houseboat in a beautiful part of cornwall, unfortunely our closest bt junction is 200metres away,bt have quoted £9000 PLUS VAT,and that was before the vat rise. I am disabled due to a non-operable spinal condition;my mobility is getting worse by the week. The mobile dongle I use at the moment is far from being perfect. I will be ostracised from family without a reliable broadband service. I desperatly need to be able to keep in touch with an ever increasing technological world. I would really appreciate your help.
Kind regards,Lawrence.

Wetstring by BT
Four children all using computers for homework and all playing on consoles. Mum and dad both working from home, dad working for an American corporation and heaps of data traffic, all squeezing their usage over a 2Mbps BT wet-string copper line without LLU and no prospect of improvement for south-west Herefordshire, identified one of the worst places in the UK for broadband! Wires from BT are so boring, so leave them for the consoles and let us do some work!
Satellite for us please!!!

My House
My ADSL broadband speed is just over 512mbps and with a growing family this is not enough mbps to cope with my needs i.e 2 XBoxes, 2 laptops, Wii, Sky Anytime Plus and a Vodafone Sure Signal Box.

Brecon YHA
I visited the Youth Hostel in Llwyn y Celyn in Brecon this weekend, and they are still on dial-up! They do such good work for young people if they could get broadband it would help I'm sure. The converted farmhouse is in a great location for views of Brecon but a rubbish one for phone signals and fixed line internet connections. The picture is the view! (I am not connected to the YHA in anyway I'm just trying to be nice)

The Kids Treehouse
The kids spend so much time in the treehouse, its difficult to get them out to do their homework. If we get broadband fitted, at least they may end up with some sort of qualifications in the future!

Workshop
Be good to look up instructions online for making stuff but really want to stream the cricket to my laptop while I am working very hard indeed in the workshop. Don't tell the wife. Its in the country and broadband is rubbish anyway. No chance of getting a phone connection never mind a broadband connection. But show us what you can do!

House in France
I am renovating a 'Longerre' in the middle of nowhere in Carelles, Dept 53, in France. I have just retired so will be spending much more time over in France in 2012 and the Internet is essential. I can get Satellite TV using an old Sky dish/box but am restricted to dial-up for broadband and having been used to 14Mb/s here, it is excrutiatingly slow. As I wont be there all the time, to justify the cost I would like to get Broadband and Phone via Satellite, then I don't have to pay line rental. I have been offered one of your dishes second hand by someone who recommended you so that may be a start if it's still a current model?
